We wanted to alert you that unauthorized companies are contacting 2017 International Aviation Snow Symposium attendees, and especially exhibiting companies offering to assist with hotel arrangements at the Hyatt Regency. Please know that neither NEC/AAAE, nor the Hyatt Regency Hotel has authorized or contracted with any third party company to provide this service. It is an unfortunate attempt by folks who try to pass themselves off as representatives of the event. We have been in communication with two different "event housing" companies (Travel Era LLC, and CBB-Housing) who have attempted to reach attendees and exhibitors – both have agreed to cease and desist from further contacting our attendees or exhibitors. If you receive a call from anyone offering to assist with your hotel and travel arrangements, you should not engage in conversation – no one authorized by IASS or any of the Buffalo hotels is making such calls. To make your hotel reservations, book online or call the hotel toll free at 800.233.1234 and reference the Snow Symposium 2017.
If you have questions about conference, the room reservations process or need to report contact from an unauthorized solicitor, please contact NEC/AAAE staff via 518-694-5530 or by email, firstname.lastname@example.org we look forward to assisting you in any way.
