There are 4 options for Snow Symposium registration. Please select the one that best fits your criteria.

Registration Hours:  (Lobby of Convention Center)
   Friday, 4/24/2020:  2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
   Saturday, 4/25/2020:  7:00 am - 5:00 pm
   Sunday, 4/26/2020:  7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Option #1
Airport Attendee

This option is for registrants who are classified as airport employees or airport representatives.

Full Attendee:
$550 before March 27th
$625 after March 27th

One-Day Attendee: $250

Significant Other: $150.00

Option #2
Exhibitor and/or Sponsor

This option is for exhibitors and/or sponsors. You may request your booth and register employees as well. This option is also for vendors who will not have a booth but still attending the Snow Symposium.

IMPORTANT:
Exhibit space is currently only being awarded to sponsors and returning vendors. Begining Dec. 1, exhibit space is on a first come first serve basis with priority given to sponsoring companies. Please be sure to review the floor plan prior registering.

Option #3
Exhibitor Employee or  Exhibitor w/No Booth		 This option is for employees of a registered exhibitor. Your company name must match a registered exhibitor.

This option is also for 'Exhibitor w/No Booth'. If you are not classified as an Airport Attendee, and do not have a booth, you must register as 'Exhibitor No-Booth'.

Full Attendee:
$550 before March 27th
$625 after March 27th
Employee Daily: $250
Exhibitor No-Booth: $900

This option is for individuals associated with a educational association. Student I.D. may be required on-site.

 

This option is for Active Military Personnel, I.D. required

*Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your registration, a $50 service fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refund will be given after April 1, 2020.

If you register but become unable to attend the Snow Symposium you are allowed “transfer” your registration to a person within your organization until April 10, 2020. Any transfers after the dated stated must be handled during check-in at the event.
